We use the same software that much "larger and leading" firms do, so it's our people that really make the difference and not some diagnostic figured out by great tax lawyers nor programmers. This is the software used by approximately 33% of firms from 6-20 employees, to 68-70% for 21-500 employees, to 86% for over 500 employees based on the annual professional tax software articles published which has stayed relatively steady for the decade or so we've been watching.
