Mr. Moss created an extreme accurate and efficient process from his 20 year history in the advising/accounting industry that we have found to been copied since we know it wasn't out there prior as we've been secret shoppers for some time who have reviewed prior years work at other firms across various states, besides their attitude & reaction towards mistakes we always have continuously found; even Berkshire Hathaway owed a ton in back taxes and likely will in the future as well.

In fact, Mr. Moss probably starting learning as a young kid since it was from his father, Darrel T. Moss, that made him want to be part of this honorable profession, depending on who you deal with which seems even more of a gamble these days. His father had made partner at the young age of 30 to a very prestigious Wilshire Blvd firm which he then later branched off with a few other partners to be the managing partner of his own firm in the early 80's, CMRS that later became CMRK. It was from that very successful practice that Ryan learned a lot of the more complex issues of tax and accounting besides just what proper planning and care would do.

We believe lots of firms, and possibly unknowing clients, count on lack of enforcement to be "aggressive" which we think this is going to change in the coming years and support as there is nothing we'd be caught for; make no mistake we are our clients advocate and not the IRS's (or state agency and equivalent). We do proper professional due diligence, exhibit true professional skepticism, and will communicate our findings/concerns but whether you fix them is up to you in which we reserve the right to ask to no longer be involved going forward.
